in 2023 the last order date for pre-Christmas delivery will be Friday 15th December
the workshop will be closed from 16th December 2023 to January 3rd 2024
once you place your order, it will be processed within 3 working days (and often on the same day) of receipt and you will receive an email confirmation
ScUFFS postage and packing is charged at £2.00 for 1 item and £4.00 for 2 items or more
ScUFFS will notify you by email when your order has been despatched. this will normally be within 7 working days of the order being placed
ScUFFS are sent via Royal Mail, first class. hopefully they will be delivered the next day, but please allow up to 3 days for delivery.

if the delivery is to an overseas address, please contact us BEFORE placing your order so that we can confirm delivery charges and timings
we aim to have items on our website available for delivery within 3 working days
all orders are subject to availability and as ScUFFS is a small business offering handmade items, it is possible (although unlikely) that products may be withdrawn at any time
if an ordered item should be withdrawn or out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We will then advise you when the item will be available or offer you an alternative product or the opportunity to cancel your order.
